  • 2oz RIO RUM™
  • 1/2oz Velvet Falernum 
  • 1/2oz Vanilla Syrup 
  • 3/4oz Fresh Lemon juice
  • 5 Blackberries

Fill Collins glass with crushed ice. Pour all ingredients, except blackberries into glass and stir shortly. Then fill with more ice to top up and place straw in glass. Muddle 5 Blackberries in a tin with a 1/4oz of simple syrup and then slowly place on top of ice.

  • 1oz RIO RUM™
  • 1oz Cocchi Americano 
  • 1oz Dolin Blanc

Add all ingredients to mixing glass. Stir. Strain into rocks glass with ice. Garnish with long grapefruit twist.

GYPSY LIPS

  • 1.5oz RIO RUM™
  • 1/4oz Ginger Syrup 
  • 1/4oz Cinnamon Syrup 
  • 3/4oz Lemon Juice
  • 3/4oz Amontillado Sherry 

Combine all ingredients in shaker. Shake and strain into coupe glass. Garnish with lemon wheel, grated cinnamon and cinnamon quill.

IPANEMA SOUR

  • 2oz RIO RUM™
  • 1 Egg White
  • 1/2oz Orgeat
  • 1/2oz Fresh Pineapple Juice
  • 1/2oz Lemon Juice

Dry Shake all ingredients, then shake with ice. Double strain into coupe glass. Garnish 2 dashes Angostura bitters.

RIO DAIQUIRI

  • 2oz RIO RUM™
  • 3/4oz Simple Syrup
  • 1oz Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice 

Combine all ingredients into a shaker. Shake hard until tin is frosty. Strain into Coupe glass. Garnish with Lime twist.

  • 2oz RIO RUM™
  • Squeeze of quarter lime 
  • Cola
  • Grated Cinnamon 
  • Cinnamon Stick
  • Lime wheel or wedge

Squeeze a quarter of a lime in Collins glass. Fill with crushed ice to the rim. Slowly fill with cola, top with more ice. Garnish with grated cinnamon, cinnamon quill and lime wedge.

RIO MOJITO

  • 2oz RIO RUM™
  • 8 Mint leaves
  • 3/4 Lime Juice 
  • 1/2oz Simple Syrup 
  • Soda water

Slap mint between your hands, this will release the oils. Place into Collins glass and then build the other ingredients on top. Fill with crushed ice and give a good stir to combine ingredients. Top with more ice and soda water. Garnish with three to five mint sprigs, making a nice bouquet, and a straw.
